Graduate School Administration
Graduate School Administrators must Log In using their designated user account and GAIN password.
Users can have their user password sent to their EKU Email account at any time by
clicking on the Forgot Your Password? link on the Log In page. Registered users can change
their password using the Change Password link on the main menu.
To approve a nomination, use the Sign Nomination link on the main menu. When you are logged in,
a list of all pending nominations will be displayed on this page. Click on the position number for each student to review their
nomination, then click the "Approve " button on the bottom of the page. Upon approval by the Graduate School,
the nomination will be forwarded to Human Resources for final review and approval.
If, for any reason, you do not approve the nomination, please email
Demita Kubala in the Graduate School Office.
You can check the status of all
nominations and approved positions by academic term using the View by Term link on the main menu.
